The Athletic pillar strengthens the character, attitude, and athletic ability of student athletes. The main emphasis is on student athletes as individuals and the pursuit of excellence in all aspects of their lives.
Strong Rock Christian School offers a wide range of sports on the varsity, junior varsity, and academy levels. Through participation in team sports, students learn not only athletic skills necessary to successfully compete, but also fundamental life skills that will remain with them throughout their lives.
We believe that every student has the potential to contribute to the success of any team or event and encourage students to explore the athletic offerings at Strong Rock. Our athletic department has qualified Christian coaches to help players develop their God-given gifts and talents.

Summer Strength & Conditioning Information:
Boys (takes place in the Fieldhouse Weight Room)
7:30am to 10:00am – High School Football
9:30am to 10:30am – Academy Boys
10:15am to 11:45am – High School Non-Football Boys
Girls (takes place in the Stadium Weight Room)
9:00am to 10:15 – Academy & High School Girls
*Please be aware per our Athletic Department policy all participants of our summer training programs must have an up to date physical on file to participate with our Athletic Trainer.
